The work
Australian groundcover and soil ecologist with a long public-sector research and extension career. Received a Land and Water Australia Community Fellowship (2001) and launched Amazing Carbon in 2004 to share her framework. Her 2008 paper Liquid Carbon Pathway and her emphasis on plant diversity and quorum sensing made her one of the most in-demand soil health speakers in North America and Australasia.
