The work
Molecular biologist and Director of the Institute for Sustainable Agricultural Research at New Mexico State University, and adjunct professor at the Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems at CSU Chico. His BEAM (Biologically Enhanced Agricultural Management) approach uses no-turn, aerated, worm-finished compost to restore soil fungal communities; trials report large gains in yield and soil carbon in cotton, corn, and chile systems. Lead author on a 2022 study of adaptive multi-paddock grazing.
